Objective of course
Students
- can counsel different types of clients in the service system of social and health care and acquire information on the system considering the customer's needs
- deepen their skills in application of social welfare legislation in the social counsellor´s work
- advise clients and refer them to the services needed and recognise the needed case management method
- create working plans for diverse clients
- deepen their know-how in the service system and related legislation for demanding client work
- deepen their know-how in supervisory duties and personnel management
- can promote wellbeing and know-how in work communities
