- know the basic concepts of social pedagogy and are capable of analysing social problems on the basis of theoretical knowledge
- are capable of using work methods that promote participation and involvement both in group and individual counselling
- understand the principles of dialogue and improve their interactive skills

- are familiar with the mechanims of social exclusion and are capable of preventing an individual's social exclusion
- are capable of using work methods that promote participation and involvement both in group and individual counselling
- recognise children, adolescents and families at risk and are capable of supporting individuals and communities in helping themselves
- understand the principles of dialogue and improve their interactive skills
