Content

The students
- internalise professional ethics and become skilled in ethical reflection of their own actions
- learn to identify value conflict situations and to function in them
- ponder about being unfortunate from the viewpoint of their practical training place and how to prevent it
- learn to apply various working methods in different situations and to evaluate their own actions in customer service situations
- can gather together various services to support customers in different situations in life and multiprofessional networks
- can evaluate the starting points of their own work and to change approach if needed
- as far as possible, familiarise themselves with the tasks of a superior and administrative issues
- recognise structures which create inequality and act to dismantle them
- learn to make observations of communities and can function in a constructive manner in them
- learn to support participation and recognise and prevent exclusion
