Objectives
Students
-	know the key legislation and regulations guiding occupational health care, and are able to apply them to work according to good occupational health care practices
-	evaluate health issues in work, working conditions, and working environment observing them through various disciplines and knowledge gathered through surveys in cooperation with staff and other participants
-	understand that the action plan of occupational health care is based on the needs of the workplace, and knowledge and conclusions gathered through workplace surveys
-	make physical examinations and sum them up, give information and guidance on health and safety issues at work for concerned employees
-	recognise factors affecting occupational wellbeing and bring them up during physical examinations
-	are able to work in occupational health clinics using  nursing  and health prevention skills
-	understand that occupational health care professionals and experts have to be independent from employers, employees and their representatives
-	are aware of legislation on information security and privacy protection, and communicate easily and in confidence with management, employees and partners
