- are familiar with the function and structure of the most common chromatographic equipments
- learn to use the chromatographic equipments in the laboratory and make chromatographic determinations
- can write logical reports

- principle of chromatography
- classification of different chromatographic methods
- chromatographic terminology and abbreviations
- paper, thin layer, ion exchange and adsorption chromatography and interpretation of the results
- writing reports
