Objective of course
Students
-will learn to understand the connection between earlier learned knowledge and large industrial processes
-will be familiar with essential unit processes
-will understand that total processes are build up of unit processes
-will be familiar with essential total processes in chemical and process industry

Course contents
-mechanical and thermal unit processes and mass transfer processes
-total processes, such as manufacturing of acids, ammonia, fertilizers, chlorine and sodium hydroxide, cement, ceramic products, glass and metals
