Objectives

The students develop their speaking, elucidation and communication skills and gain readiness for the communication situations of school and work communities, and they find motivation to develop their skills further.

Content

Spoken communication:
Illustration, use of voice, body language, contents and structure of a presentation, feedback, evaluation.
Effective and informative speeches.

Written communication:
Document standards and grammar.
Job application, business letters, basics of reporting.
