Objectives

The students are able to use project management tools and to apply them in their projects. At the same time, they learn how to work in a project. The students are able to draw up the most important documents of HVAC offer calculation and contracts. They are able to function in a site meeting according to their role and to apply the general contract terms of construction. The students are able to interpret the collective labour agreement of their field. They recognise the implementation process of HVAC building services engineering and are able to create detailed schedules where different working stages accommodate each other. The students recognise the interfaces between different contractors and parties.
