Objectives

The students learn modulation methods, their use and properties, transmission path technology, structure and properties of antennas, the basics of the radio device block operation and cellular network.

Content

Analogue and digital modulation and demodulation. The functioning of RF-device, RF measurements. Transmission path technology. Antennas, microwaves. Radio and television sets. Basics of analogue and digital radio phones. The emphasis differs for different specialisation studies.
