Objectives

The students learn the basic structure and functions of automation systems in process technology. They familiarize themselves with the implementation and testing of one system.

Content

Different automation systems. Their development, design, testing/implementation, use and maintenance. Sectors of the systems: information functions, usability/user interfaces, quality controls/measuring framework, interfaces.
