Objectives
The students learn about the production of electricity, its transfer and distribution as well as the basic principles and components of the use of electricity. In addition, the students learn about the basics of choosing and dimensioning of electric equipment.
Content
Finland’s electric maintenance, structure of production and consumption of electric energy, the construction and basic components of electrical networks, the basic characteristics of transformers and most common electric appliances, structural grounds and components of electric systems, choosing electric appliances, basics of dimensioning wires.
