The students become familiar with the factors affecting the economy of real property and know the main methods of estimating and controlling the economy.

Content

Income and costs of building management and how they are formed. Economic planning for real estate. Life cycle economy and how to affect to the maintenance costs in construction planning. Planning of building’s upkeeping costs.??
