Objectives

The students learn to plan and carry out a condition evaluation of a moisture damaged building.

Content

A technical investigation of a moisture damaged building. Planning of heavy renovation. Technical and financial documents for renovation.

Prerequisites

Recommended prerequisites: R2001. The students must pass the exam held at the beginning of the course.
