Objectives

The course covers the main concepts, principles and rules of administrative and administrative procedure law.

After completing the course students will
- be familiar with organisation of public administration
- be familiar with key concepts, principles and rules of administrative law and administrative procedure law
- be able to apply legal remedies in public administration effectively
- be able to apply administrative law norms as well as analyse and solve related problems
