Objectives
Students show development in their work as an art director of a choir. They are able to shape the sound of an ambitious amateur choir. They hear and locate details in the sound of a choir and shape them using appropriate training methods and beat technique.
Content
Beat technique: technically skilled, expressive and communicative gestures. Training methods, voice guidance, sound shaping and tuning, analysis of a choral composition and playing choral scores, choral psychology and pedagogy. Training and conducting a choir, even an own established one.
