Osaamistavoitteet

As an assignment for the course the student is able realize a short piece from self made field recordings. As the final assignment for the course the student is able to realize either an installation or a performance piece to exhibit it publicly.

Introduction to the history and genres of sound art, introduction to soundscape and acoustic communication, listening exercises (sound walk and ear-cleaning), basics of recording and editing.
