Objectives
Opiskelija ymmärtää hotelli-ravintolan tuotanto-myynti -ketjun kokonaisuutena. Hän ymmärtää, että logistiikan taustalla ovat yrityksen arvot ja strategiat ja että logistiikka vaikuttaa yrityksen kannattavuuteen. Opiskelija ymmärtää osto- ja myyntineuvottelun merkityksen ja osaa kerätä ja  hyödyntää palautetta kannattavan toiminnan kehittämisessä.

Objective of course 
Students will understand the logistic system in hospitality management and the impact of values and strategies on logistics as well as the effects of logistics on business profitability. Furthermore, they understand the meaning of profitable bargaining in hotel and restaurant business. Students can collect information and feedback to put it to use in the development of profitable hotel and restaurant operations.
