Objectives

Opiskelija laajentaa ja syventää ammatillisista osaamistaan ja saa valmiuksia toimia alan perus-, esimies-, kehittämis- ja asiantuntijatehtävissä. Hän vahvistaa ammatti-identiteettiään ja työelämäyhteyksiään rekrytoituakseen elinkeinoon.

Objective of course
Students deepen and increase their professional knowledge and skills and gain completion to operate in the basic, superior, development and expert tasks of the field. They strengthen their professional identity and connections to working life to get recruited in the business.

Course contents
-SWOT- analysis of own strengths/weaknesses, making a development plan
-practical training in an enterprise and acquainting with its functions, practical training contract
-expansion of professional skills according to their own development plan by working as superior or in other work tasks in the practical training place
-reporting in accordance with the bachelor´s thesis instructions (instructions from the tutoring teacher and in Pirkanmaa Polytechnic´s quality manual)
