Objective of course
Students will deepen and activate their English skills. They will survive both orally and in written in different kinds of situations in the field of tourism.

Customer service in travel and tourism 3 cr
- travel agency and hotel services
- guidance and negotiation
- composition of package holidays
- auxiliary services
C023C-10:
Business communication 3 cr
- basic correspondence in business relations
- oral customer contacts
- conference and negotiation skills
C023D-10:
Focus on Finland and the northern dimension 3 cr
- basic economic and cultural facts about Finland and the neighbouring areas
- geography for tourism
- tourist attractions
C023E-10:
British culture near and far 3 cr
- cultural facts, geography for tourism and tourist attractions of the English-speaking countries
