Students will deepen and activate their English skills. They will survive both orally and in written in different kinds of situations in the field of tourism.

- basic correspondence in business relations
- oral customer contacts
- conference and negotiation skills
C023D-10:
Focus on Finland and the northern dimension 3 cr
- basic economic and cultural facts about Finland and the neighbouring areas
- geography for tourism
- tourist attractions
C023E-10:
British culture near and far 3 cr
- cultural facts, geography for tourism and tourist attractions of the English-speaking countries
